About Chris Cassidy
I began my real estate career in 1995, and I am a full-service REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers north of Boston in both Middlesex and Essex counties. I have been affiliated with RE/MAX since 1997. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers purchase a home, as well as helping sellers to get the most money for their home with the least amount of hassle. I work listing and selling homes for sellers here in MA, and I am also a Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR), so I am very well-versed in the ins and outs of buyer agency in Massachusetts. As a buyer agent, I consistently help my buyer clients save thousands - and often tens-of-thousands - of dollars on their home purchase. And as a listing agent, I consistently help my seller clients sell their homes fast and for top dollar.
I'm a residential real estate agent, listing and selling single family homes, multi-family homes, and condos and townhouses. I am a full-time real estate agent, and have been since day one. You will never have to worry about mistakenly choosing a part-timer when you hire me to represent you in your real estate transaction.
I'm married with three beautiful children - a daughter and two sons - all toddlers. My family and I are very involved in our church and other civic/community activities. I am also a founding member/board member of the MA chapter of DADS (Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome), doing my part to increase awareness in the local community as well as to advocate for children and adults with DS.
Why I do what I do:
In my spare time (a rare commodity these days), I enjoy doing the family thing with my wife and kids, reading, writing, computers, cars, and playing the guitar.
I love everything about being a REALTOR®, and I could never imagine doing anything else. Helping buyers and sellers alike achieve their dreams gives me the same rush now as it did when I started in this business in 1995.
